P-P-POOPY
Today we were driving in the car and Eva had fallen asleep so I was reminding Isaac to talk quiet, over and over again. Well, then he started asking "When are we going to go to a parade?" This is the question of the day ever since the marching band of the Middle School that we live by has started practicing outside. Did I mention we usually hear them after lunch usually when I am reading Isaac stories and trying to put him down for a nap? Anyway, this has become the question when he can't think of anything else to ask about. So today Eva was asleep in the car seat beside him and he was asking "When are we going to go to a p-p-parade?" Which he already knows the answer to, he's asked the same question over and over for about a month now. He was just kinda talking to himself and saying p-p-parade. Then all of a sudden he said "Hey when you say pa-pa-pa, it kinda sounds like you have to go pa-pa-poopy!" And I just started laughing, that was just so funny to me. Oh, to know how the mind of a 3 year old works. So of coarse he was saying it over and over again because it really did just make me laugh and he was laughing too of coarse and thankfully Eva did stay asleep. So the morale of the story is that you can never take yourself too seriously as a mom!
